This Superfine Pulverizer machine is a highest level of mechnical powder grinding equipment designed with air classifying system that is different from traditional screen classifying mechanism. Thus the machine can produce as fine as 450mesh. The machine mainly consists of main pulverizer, cyclone collector, rotary valve, impulse system , dust collecting room and control system. The final powder fineness is controlled by adjusting the speed of acm device driven by a speed inverter. It is the most ideal crushing machine for superfine powder production in the market.
Working principle:
Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by spiral feeder Ind is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, then the material is moved into the whirlwind separator and the sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking The dust is collected and recycled via cloth bag or filter of dust absorption box .There is no dust flying during production,so as to improve the utilization and rease the production cost.
